Sales & Ordering
Gemcal accepts orders from customers all over the world. We reserve the right to refuse orders that we believe may be fraudulent.
Ordering is simple. Just follow the icons that appear over the item and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Clicking on the “Cart” button in the top left corner of the page will bring you to a “Shopping Cart” page. There you will see the “PayPal Checkout” button.
Clicking “PayPal Checkout” button will take you directly to your personal PayPal page, where you can complete your payment and get the order rolling.
You can select the “Add to Cart” button if you wish to purchase more than one gem. This will link you to the “Shopping Cart “page, where you can view your entire order. You can change your order here, or delete any item that you need to cancel.
When you have determined the item you wish to purchase, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the top right-hand side of the page (in the black frame). This will take you directly to our “Checkout” page.
Once at the “Checkout” page, you can choose to register as a Gemcal client. This will simplify the process for your next order with us.
You can also choose to skip the registration process, and select the “Checkout as a Guest “option. We will ask you to fill in your information, including your full name, email address, mailing address, and full shipping address.
Please note that all couriers require a valid phone number, along with the full street address and zip code. They will not ship to a P.O. Box!
If you are a registered client, simply key in your email address and password: your information will be automatically retrieved from our secure and highly protected database.
Once your information as a Guest or a Return Client has filled in, click “Continue“; this will take you to your PayPal page, where you can pay and complete the order.
Once the order has been completed, you will receive an email from us. This email will include all relevant information including the tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

Canceling an order:
You may cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped, which is typically within two business days after your payment is verified.
To cancel an order, you must note the order ID number, along with your billing name and address.
Order Refusal: Please note that after you have placed an order and your payment has been verified, the purchase has been made. You may return the items to us if you are not satisfied, but if you refuse to accept the order shipment when it is delivered to you, we cannot process a refund.
