Gemcal is committed to your satisfaction. Every single item is thoroughly inspected to ensure that it meets our high standard of quality before it is packed for shipment. However, if you are not satisfied with the items received, we will gladly issue a refund for items purchased and returned within 10 days of receiving the package at your given address.

The 10-day return period begins on the day that you receive and sign for the parcel with the courier. Should you wish to return a product, simply send an e-mail to our customer service at hemi@gemcal.com, and we will guide you through the returning procedure.

Refunds will be granted only for unaltered, undamaged and original items. A refund will not be provided for a product that has been damaged or worn in any way. Items purchased at promotional, or sale prices are not returnable.

Refunds will be processed within one week after the items are received and examined.

Refunds will be provided according to the original purchase price indicated on your invoice.

Once you place an order and your payment has been verified, you are committed to the transaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase – for whatever reason – you may return it and get a refund. You will not receive a refund if you refuse to accept the package at your given address.
