Sales and Ordering
Sales:
Gemcal accepts orders from customers worldwide. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders that we believe may be fraudulent.
How to complete your order:
1. Placing an Order: Ordering is simple. Follow the icons that appear over the item and click the “Add to Cart” button. To view your cart, click the “Cart” button in the top left corner of the page, which will bring you to the “Shopping Cart” page. From there, you can click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
2. Proceeding to Checkout: Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the top right-hand corner of the page (within the black frame). This will take you directly to the “Checkout” page.
3. Checkout: On the “Checkout” page, verify your shipping address. Please note that all couriers require a valid phone number, full street address, and zip code. They will not ship to a P.O. Box. Review your order and select your preferred payment option from the list provided.
4. Canceling an Order: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, typically within two business days after your payment is verified. To cancel an order, please provide the order ID number along with your billing name and address.
5. Order Refusal: Once your order has been placed and your payment verified, the purchase is complete. While you may return items if you are not satisfied, please note that refusing to accept the shipment upon delivery will prevent us from processing a refund.
